1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ju777 platform — whether through the website at ju777.vu, the mobile app, or any other channel through which ju777 makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ju777. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continuing to use ju777 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of ju777.

2 Account Registration

To place bets or make deposits on ju777, you must create a registered account. Registration is free. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. • Each individual person may only hold one account on ju777. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

• Account credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

ju777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point. You may be asked to provide documentation confirming your identity, age, or ownership of a payment method. Accounts may be suspended pending verification if documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3 Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to use ju777:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ju777 does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of ju777, nor a close family member of any such person, where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period that you have requested on your own account.

4 Deposits

All deposits on ju777 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The available deposit methods and applicable minimums are displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ju777 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposit limits — both minimum and maximum per transaction — are shown at the point of deposit. These may vary by payment method.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

ju777 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a payment method is being used without authorisation, or that the source of funds is inconsistent with responsible gambling behaviour.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on ju777 are paid in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. Withdrawal processing times vary based on your VIP tier and the payment method selected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within the timeframe displayed at the time of request.
• VIP members receive progressively faster withdrawal processing — Gold tier members receive same-day processing; Platinum and Diamond members receive priority queue treatment.
• ju777 may request identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents may delay or prevent processing.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawals from bonus-related balances are only available once the relevant wagering requirement has been completed in full.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on ju777, whether pre-match or in-play, across all sports including Cricket, PSL, T20, Football and Esports.

• A bet is binding once you have confirmed it and received confirmation from the platform. You cannot cancel or amend a confirmed bet.
• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which your bet will be settled, subject to the exceptions noted below.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — ju777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance.
• Bets on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the platform's stated settlement window, or void for any reason will be settled as void, and the stake returned.
• For Cricket: match bets on rain-affected games will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. If no official result is declared, the bet is void.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. Any void selection within an accumulator reduces the number of legs rather than voiding the entire bet, unless a single selection is the only remaining leg.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply and are shown in your account. VIP members have higher limits at each tier.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's live feed being accurate at the time of placement. ju777 is not liable for errors arising from third-party data feed delays.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. After this period, settled bets are considered final and no further review will be undertaken.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ju777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general conditions set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible player unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• ju777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Certain bets — for example, bets placed on markets with very short odds — may not contribute to wagering requirements. The contribution rate for different bet types is stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance that remains at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. ju777 reserves the right to decline to offer bonuses or to amend bonus conditions for accounts that show betting patterns inconsistent with recreational play.

8 VIP Programme

The ju777 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on your betting activity on the platform. The specific criteria for each tier are displayed on the VIP page.

• VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher betting limits, and access to a personal account manager — are applied automatically once your account reaches the relevant tier threshold.
• VIP status is reviewed periodically. Accounts that fall below a tier's activity threshold during a review period may be moved to a lower tier. You will be notified before any tier adjustment takes effect.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the relevant period and credited as bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the VIP tier terms.
• ju777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time. Existing earned benefits at the time of any amendment will be honoured.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ju777. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account in your name.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform, scrape odds, or place bets programmatically.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any activity that constitutes fraud or cheating.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated play, arbitrage betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent, or any other method of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform in a way that is designed to launder funds or process payments through the betting account without genuine wagering intent.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to another person.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

ju777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• ju777 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction is in place and the account holder attempts to circumvent it.
• ju777 is required to take action by any applicable legal or regulatory obligation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ju777 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account. The specific outcome will be communicated to you in writing.

11 Responsible Gaming

• You may not use the ju777 brand name or logo in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit written permission.
• Scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of platform content is prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju777's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• ju777 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• ju777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• ju777 is not liable for interruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• In-play betting is subject to data feed accuracy. ju777 is not liable for settlement errors caused by third-party live data delays where the platform has acted in good faith on the information available.

Nothing in these terms limits ju777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy

ju777 collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

15 Changes to These Terms

Continuing to use ju777 after the stated effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.
